RockForce is currently hiring, on-demand Steel Hands for live events in your area. Applicants with experience in live events production are preferred but all interested candidates are encouraged to apply. 
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, set up, operation,
dismantling and strike of equipment and supplies needed for live events (i.e. concert
production, theatrical productions, special events, etc.). Such equipment often includes
scaffolding and decking.
This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work
efficiently as part of a team under tight deadlines. 
Duties/Responsibilities: 
Event Setup &amp; Breakdown:<ul><li>Assist in loading and unloading trucks with stage equipment.</li><li>Assemble and disassemble staging and scaffolding structures</li><li>Ensure all cables, rigging, and power sources are safely and securely installed.</li></ul> 
Safety &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment</li></ul>
handling.<ul><li>Ensure compliance with venue regulations and industry standards.</li><li>Identify and report any faulty equipment or safety hazards.</li></ul> 
Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Previous experience in live event production or stagehand work preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with scaffolding structures and stage builds preferred.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (50+ lbs).</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in live event production.</li></ul> 
Required Skills/Abilities: 
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with steel and scaffolding structures.</li><li>Forklift certification.</li><li>Basic knowledge of stage plots and production schedules.</li></ul> 
Work Environment:<ul><li>Physically demanding, requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for extended</li></ul>
periods.<ul><li>Outdoor event settings, often exposed to varying weather conditions.</li><li>Fast-paced and high-energy work environment, requiring adaptability and</li></ul>
problem-solving.

 The Web Developer is a core technical contributor responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of complex, proprietary web applications. Positioned above the Jr. level, this role requires a high degree of technical autonomy and strong execution rigor. The Developer is expected to work in a highly systematic way, maintain excellent attention to detail, and consistently follow through to completion-owning full feature sets and navigating a large-scale codebase with minimal oversight, ensuring that front-end usability and back-end logic remain synchronized and scalable.
