About the Role<ul><li>
Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of online paid advertising and direct response campaigns across multiple digital channels, with an emphasis on paid social and creative testing</li><li>
Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and support for team members to foster growth, learning, and skill development</li><li>
Develop, prioritize, and manage learning agendas&mdash;including A/B and multivariate testing&mdash;to improve ad creative and campaign performance</li><li>
Analyze marketing performance data, using advanced analytics tools and Excel, to identify actionable trends and optimize efforts for ROI and business impact</li><li>
Ensure the team leverages best-in-class technology and third-party marketing platforms to maximize effectiveness</li><li>
Collaborate and influence cross-functional partners&mdash;including creative, analytics, and external agency teams&mdash;to drive continuous improvement in campaign strategies and creative assets</li><li>
Develop and present compelling reports and insights for senior executives, internal stakeholders, and partners, ensuring alignment with short-, mid-, and long-term objectives</li></ul>
About You 
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, management, analytics, or related field</li><li>
6 years of experience in a performance marketing role or equivalent, with significant paid social and creative testing focus</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners</li><li>
Extensive experience with data analysis, metrics-driven optimization, and running A/B tests in performance marketing settings</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
1 year of direct leadership or people management experience in a high-performing marketing environment</li><li>
Expert proficiency with third-party marketing platforms and social/display ad management tools</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creative review and asset collaboration</li><li>
Expert in data analysis tools (including advanced Excel functions, such as Pivot Tables) to interpret metrics and guide decision-making</li><li>
Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and coach team members on campaign execution, creative development, and analytics</li></ul>

About You
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
2 years of performance media marketing experience with strong emphasis on paid social and creative testing</li><li>
Demonstrated experience generating ROI-based results in paid social, display, and programmatic media</li><li>
Expertise in interpreting marketing data and analytics; skilled in developing creative testing (including A/B testing) strategies</li><li>
Strong presentation skills and ability to translate data into actionable, strategic recommendations</li><li>
Experience partnering across teams, agencies, and creative functions to drive campaign results</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables</li><li>
