<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">About the Role</h2>

As a Test Operator at Rocket EMS, you will be responsible for performing in-circuit, functional, and system-level testing of PCB assemblies to ensure products meet customer and quality requirements. You'll operate a variety of test equipment, follow established procedures, and work closely with engineers and technicians to identify and resolve issues. This role requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a strong commitment to quality in a fast-paced production environment.

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Review traveler documents, MPIs, ECOs, and customer requirements prior to test.
</li>
<li>Operate ICT, functional testers, boundary scan systems, and other automated/manual test equipment.
</li>
<li>Perform electrical and functional verification of PCB assemblies according to established procedures.
</li>
<li>Accurately record test results, log failures, and maintain test documentation.
</li>
<li>Identify, classify, and isolate failures; escalate issues to technicians or engineers for debug.
</li>
<li>Ensure all test equipment is set up, calibrated, and functioning properly before use.
</li>
<li>Follow ESD, MSD, and safety protocols during all handling and test operations.
</li>
<li>Communicate daily pass-downs to leads, supervisors, and engineers.
</li>
<li>Support NPIs and engineering builds by running test programs and providing feedback.
</li>
<li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to test yield, throughput, and reliability.
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h2>

Education
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (required).
</li>
<li>Technical coursework in electronics or related field preferred.
</li>
</ul>Experience
<ul>
<li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or test operations.
</li>
<li>Familiarity with ICT, functional test, or system-level test equipment a plus.
</li>
</ul>Skills
<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge of electronics and PCB assemblies.
</li>
<li>Ability to read and follow written test procedures and travelers.
</li>
<li>Competent in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other basic test instruments.
</li>
<li>Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data entry and reporting.
</li>
<li>Good communication skills and ability to work with technicians and engineers.
</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
</li>
