Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bathroom Design Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be the key driver of high-end bathroom renovation projects, combining expert design skills with exceptional customer service. Your passion for interior design, layout planning, and remodeling will help clients transform their spaces into stunning, functional bathrooms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales expertise, technical knowledge, and creative flair in a fast-paced retail environment dedicated to premium home improvement solutions.Duties<ul><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for bathroom renovations and remodeling projects.</li><li>Engage in inside and outside sales efforts, upselling premium products such as lighting fixtures, cabinetry, and fixtures to maximize sales opportunities.</li><li>Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.</li><li>Manage account details through POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash transactions accurately, and process customer orders efficiently.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from design to completion.</li><li>Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight high-end bathroom products and promote current marketing campaigns.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering expert advice on renovation trends and maintenance tips.</li><li>Support ongoing marketing initiatives by participating in product demonstrations and promoting new offerings across retail channels.Qualifications</li><li>Proven experience in retail sales or inside sales within home improvement, renovation, or interior design sectors.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful upselling and high-end sales achievements.</li><li>Knowledge of bathroom renovation processes including layout design, construction basics, remodeling techniques, and maintenance considerations.</li><li>Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, merchandising strategies, and product demos enhances effectiveness in this role.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members while maintaining a positive attitude.</li><li>A passion for interior design trends coupled with basic math skills for accurate measurements and cost calculations.
