We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this hybrid role based in Canton, MA, you'll play a key part in bringing our brand to life across digital, print, and in-branch channels. From designing impactful campaigns to creating compelling member communications, you'll contribute to meaningful work that connects us with our community and advances our mission.

Responsibilities:
Design Execution
<ul><li>Create visually compelling and polished designs for digital (web, email, social), print (brochures, signage), and in-branch platforms.</li><li>
Develop engaging, user-friendly email templates that support campaign performance and member engagement.</li></ul>
Concepting &amp; Brand Development
<ul><li>Brainstorm and develop creative concepts aligned with campaign and business goals.</li><li>
Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines while continuing to evolve the visual identity.</li></ul>
Project &amp; Asset Management
<ul><li>Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery, balancing deadlines, and priorities effectively.</li><li>
Maintain and evolve the organization's brand and style guides across all visual touchpoints.</li></ul>
Collaboration
<ul><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams-including marketing, digital, and branch operations-to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.</li><li>
Collaborate with product teams to translate complex financial topics into clear and engaging visual narratives.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Experience: 1-3 years of professional design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital, print, and email work.</li><li>
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Canva expertise</li><li>
Creative Thinking: Out-of-the-box mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.</li><li>
Team Player: Collaborative with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Communication: Strong verbal skills to present and explain design concepts.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
Brand Stewardship: Maintain the corporate style guide, supporting consistent look, feel, and messaging across all mediums.</li><li>
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using a MacBook, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Publisher, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul><li>HTML/Coding knowledge for email/web assets is a plus.</li><li>
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma).</li><li>
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and email marketing platforms (HubSpot)</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently, and within a team.</li><li>
Experience preparing and mounting designs for presentations.</li></ul>
