About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Quality Engineering team as ETL Test Engineers/ Test Automation Engineers. You will support automation testing efforts, writing test scripts, and ensuring the quality of our software products. This is a great opportunity to start your career in software testing and automation with guidance from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist in developing, and executing automation test scripts.
</li><li>Collaborate with QA and development teams to understand requirements and create test cases.
</li><li>Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
</li><li>Debug test failures, analyse logs, and report defects.
</li><li>Maintain test automation frameworks.
</li><li>Write and accomplish basic SQL queries for database validation.
</li><li>Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes.
</li></ul>The Essentials - You Will Have:
<ul><li>Experience with Python programming (loops, functions, OOP concepts).
</li><li>Knowledge of SQL queries for data validation.
</li><li>Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (manual + automation).
</li><li>Familiarity with test automation concepts (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, or any automation tool) &ndash;.
</li><li>Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
</li></ul>The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
<ul><li>Exposure to version control systems like Git.
</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
</li><li>Knowledge of API testing basics (Postman, REST API).

Job Description

</h3>As a Customer Care Representative, you are passionate about customer service and resolving issues to deliver a great customer experience every time! You will manage the facilitation of contract requests and software orders, allowing Rockwell Automation to meet the urgent demands of our global customers. Additionally, you will be focused on identifying process improvement opportunities and helping bring those opportunities to implementation.
You will be reporting to the Software and Contract Services Supervisor and have a hybrid schedule working in Noida, India.

</li><li>Identify customer needs and respond with urgency.

</li><li>Identify trends through analysis and escalating to the proper channel.
</li><li>Collaborate with Specialists and Business Process Owners to develop best practices.

</h3><ul><li>Minimum 4-5 Years of experience.
</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or equivalent.
</li><li>You are ethical, thoughtful, optimistic.
</li><li>Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer.
</li><li>Can identify the urgency of tasks and Experience assessing severity of support requests and escalate based on severity accordingly.
</li><li>Energised by the opportunity to handle challenges in a evolving workplace.
</li><li>You have computer skills and can quickly navigate multiple business systems to process requests within specified Service level agreements.
</li><li>Systematic thinker with Experience documenting customer issues in detail and a quick to pivot and grow in fast-changing tech environments.

</h3><ul><li>Experience evaluating systems for positive end-to-end customer experience and results-oriented mindset.
