Job Description
The HR Program Manager partners with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to lead the implementation of HR programs and analytics that align with organizational goals. You will focus on ensuring that programs are delivered across assigned business units, using data-driven insights to enhance decision-making. You will report to our Senior Manager HR Program Management.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Your Responsibilities:
</h3><ul><li>Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of HR programs in assigned business units in collaboration with COEs to ensure understanding of their design and strategic goals. Collaborate with COEs to integrate best practices and specialized business knowledge to HR programs, ensuring that programs meet the needs of business units while following COE frameworks.
</li><li>Feedback Mechanisms : Establish feedback loops between HRBPs and COEs to promote continuous improvement of HR programs based on real-world applications and employee responses.
</li><li>People Analytics Delivery : Provide region- and business unit-specific targeted data and analytics according to HR Analytics framework and methodology. Develop BU specific people analytics strategies that align with COE designs, providing relevant insights to support organizational goals.
</li><li>Support for Data Quality : Implement regular data integrity checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data within assigned business. This includes identifying discrepancies and initiating corrective actions.
</li><li>Business Unit Specific Project Management : The HR Program Manager partners with HR and business leaders to plan and implement business unit and regional HR projects as assigned.

</li><li>Understanding of the complexities of working in a global, matrixed organization with a diverse workforce.
</li><li>Expertise with HR processes, systems, and best practices.
</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management methodologies
</li><li>Collaboration across different levels of the organization.
</li><li>Proficiency interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations based on insights derived from people analytics.

Job Description
Summary:
The Domain Expert supports sales at main customer pursuits by providing specific solution expertise in a defined geographical area. Domain Expert is the solution expert for the sales organisation by assisting with delivering outcome-based messaging to customers at executive and management levels. The Domain Expert has a broad understanding of all related products and delivery offerings from RA, partners and competitors in the designated solution area.
You will report to the Consultant Manager and will be, working in hybrid mode based in Gurgaon, India.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Your Responsibilities:
</h3><ul><li>Be the focal point in the defined geography for the solution(s), of which you will have been designated as an expert.
</li><li>Participate in account planning and sales strategy focusing on new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.
</li><li>Facilitate and provide training to the Salesforce on the values and outcomes of specific solution(s).
</li><li>Co-operate with the Salesforce in promoting the solution to existing new customers with presentations and demonstrations.
</li><li>Advise Technology Consultants and sales on proposal generation and validation.
</li><li>Assist sales at proposal presentations for executive level customers
</li><li>Define and articulate differentiators and values versus competition for the solution. Analyse products, have knowledge of competitor's strategy, further define competitive differentiators.
</li><li>Translate competitive solutions into a RA solution that meets customer's expectations.
</li><li>Seek out and participate in training opportunities to develop technical skills.
</li><li>Provide product gap and development feedback for the solution to appropriate organisations.
</li><li>Share insights with global team members.
</li><li>Focus on opportunities that support Rockwell Automation's strategy.
</li><li>Understand business models, organisation, and go-to-market strategy, leverage
</li><li>Knowledge of industry strategies, familiarity with outcome-based selling.
</li><li>Share industry knowledge of customers based on their main causes at the appropriate role level with all customers.
</li><li>Keep sales and customer relationship management data up to date in local agreed upon tools such as Salesforce automation, optimising by using these tools.

</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical related field or equivalent experience.
</li><li>Minimum 5 or more Years of working experience.
</li><li>Experience responding to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests value of larger Rockwell Automation application value, without the need to demonstrate individual products with hands-on demonstrations
</li><li>Solution and application expertise, and related demonstrated sales experience.
</li><li>Fluency in native language and command of English (written and spoken).
</li><li>Work with and gain confidence of senior level personnel (internal and external) in a collaborative, matrixed team member organisation and align critical partners.
