You will report to the Customer Care TechConnect EMEA Supervisor and have a hybrid schedule working in Noida or Pune, India.
Your Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Create new quotes and renewal quotes
</li><li>Prepare technical support contracts &ldquo;TechConnect&rdquo; observing customers' needs
</li><li>Handle customer inquiries
</li><li>Enter and verify customer orders and contracts
</li><li>Manage service tickets
</li><li>Maintain customers' software database
</li><li>Assure the accuracy of data
</li><li>Communicate with partners
</li><li>Report continuous improvement opportunities
</li><li>Participate in projects
</li></ul>The Essentials - You Will Have:
<ul><li>Minimum 4-6 Years of experience.
</li><li>Fluent in English - verbal and written
</li><li>Bachelor's degree or higher
</li><li>Customer-focused providing the best customer service
</li><li>Advanced problem-solving abilities with a focused mindset
</li><li>Proficient in Time management
</li><li>Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels in Fast-paced and demanding work settings
</li><li>Solution-oriented and problem solving approach
</li><li>Team player demonstrate ethical and positive behaviour
</li><li>Work with different types of customer profiles, adapt to different level of audience when communicating whilst working with multiple departments in a multicultural organisation
</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office

</li><li>Experience with Order to Cash (O2C) processes
</li><li>Experience in a customer service environment
</li><li>Previous Shared Service Centre experience
