Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining landscapes and ensuring the overall aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties. This position requires a combination of physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for various landscape maintenance tasks, contributing to the beautification and upkeep of gardens, lawns, and hardscapes.Duties<ul><li>Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment</li><li>Execute daily landscape maintenance tasks with attention to detail.</li><li>Use hand tools and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.</li><li>Maintain annual flower beds, planters, and perennials.</li><li>Remove weeds and unwanted vegetation from beds, gravel areas, parking lots, and sidewalks.</li><li>Prune ornamental trees and shrubs following proper horticultural techniques.</li><li>Plant, transplant, cultivate, and care for various plants, shrubs, hedges, and trees.</li><li>Communicate effectively with management to ensure all work meets requirements.</li><li>Participate in on-the-job training and safety programs.</li><li>Complete daily work tickets.</li><li>Keep work vehicles and trailers clean and organized.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Reliable transportation to and from work</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.</li><li>Able to lift up to 60 lbs.</li><li>Capable of carrying a 20 lb. backpack blower.</li><li>Physically able to walk, including up and down hills and stairs.</li><li>Able to bend, crouch, and perform physical task for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to drive a truck with an enclosed trailer would be a plus but not required</li></ul>Join our team today and contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your skills in landscape maintenance!Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, SeasonalPay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
