COMMERCIAL IRRIGATION INSTALLATION FOREMANCommercial Landscaping &amp; Irrigation InstallationFull-Time | Year-Round | Cheyenne, WY and Surrounding RegionABOUT THE POSITIONWe are a commercial landscaping and irrigation installation company seeking an experienced Commercial Irrigation Foreman to lead small crews on commercial job sites across the Cheyenne, WY area and surrounding region. This is a full-time, year-round position for a skilled, self-motivated leader who takes pride in quality work and can run a job site from start to finish with minimal supervision. We offer a competitive wage, a strong benefits package, and company provided truck and travel expenses to the right candidate.RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and manage a crew of 2-5 installers on commercial irrigation projects- Install and troubleshoot 2-wire irrigation systems and satellite controllers- Install and service backflow prevention assemblies up to 6&quot;- Install PVC mainlines up to 6&quot;, lateral piping, and all associated fittings- Install a variety of commercial sprinkler heads and drip systems- Read and work from blueprints and site plans- Operate trenching equipment, directional boring equipment, skid loaders, mini excavators, and ride-on trenchers- Pull trailers and safely transport equipment and materials to job sites- Maintain company vehicles, trucks, and equipment in clean working order- Ensure job sites are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards- Communicate daily with project management on job progress, material needs, and scheduling- Enforce job site safety practices and company policies- Assist with snow removal operations during winter months- Travel out of town for projects up to 25% of the season when requiredEXPERIENCE &amp; REQUIREMENTS- 5+ years of commercial irrigation installation experience required- Proven experience leading a crew in a foreman or lead installer capacity- Strong working knowledge of 2-wire systems and satellite-based irrigation controllers- Hands-on experience with backflow installations up to 6&quot;- Proficiency installing PVC mainlines up to 6&quot;, sprinkler heads, valves, and lateral piping- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and irrigation plans- Experience operating trenchers, directional boring equipment, mini excavators, and skid loaders- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pull trailers- Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions- Willingness to travel out of town up to 25% of the season- Strong communication and leadership skills- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipWORK AREA- Approximately 75% Cheyenne, WY and within 60 miles- Approximately 25% regional travel to other project locations as neededCOMPENSATION- $35.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experienceBENEFITS- Health insurance- Dental insurance- Vision insurance- Life insurance- 401(k) with 3% company match- Health savings account (HSA)- Gym membership- Paid time off- Paid sick time- Opportunities for advancementCOMPANY PROVIDED- Take-home company truck for the Foreman- Company transportation to and from all job sites- Hotel accommodations covered for all out-of-town work- Per diem provided for meals and expenses during out-of-town travelPOSITION DETAILS- Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round- Schedule: Standard work week with seasonal flexibility; includes winter snow removal work- Travel: Up to 25% out-of-town during active seasonHOW TO APPLYPlease submit your resume along with a brief summary of your irrigation experience, including any 2-wire and satellite controller background.
