What You&rsquo;ll Do:

Daily Job Site Setup and Maintenance
<ul>
<li>Independently prepare work areas, set up ladders, and organize tools efficiently to maximize workflow and safety under the direction of the Crew Leader or Field Supervisor.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout the day, ensuring materials are disposed of properly and workspaces are ready for ongoing tasks, including the upkeep of an on-site shop area.</li>
</ul>
Perform Skilled Carpentry and Finishing Tasks
<ul>
<li>Execute all aspects of carpentry prep and finishing, including framing, trim work, sanding, caulking, priming, and precise installation of hardware.</li>
<li>Work confidently on various structural and decorative elements, from windows and doors to fascia and shutters, delivering a high-quality, professional finish.</li>
</ul>
Support and Maintenance 
<ul>
<li>Ensure company trucks are clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary tools and materials for each project.</li>
<li>Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to guarantee safety and efficiency, reporting any issues and ensuring that all tools and equipment are used and stored correctly.</li>
</ul>

<li>Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to dress code requirements and maintaining a clean, presentable appearance.</li>
<li>Engage in ongoing training and safety seminars, proactively improving skill sets and staying informed of industry best practices.</li></ul> 


What You Bring to the Team
<ul><li>Basic carpentry skills, with the ability to learn new tasks quickly</li>
<li>Experience with hand and power tools, including ladders and painting equipment 
</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, dependability, and a proactive mindset</li></ul>
