<div>The Vice President of HR Strategy and Growth will lead and elevate the talent acquisition function at one of the nation&rsquo;s leading nonprofit behavioral health systems. This role owns the strategy, infrastructure, and execution needed to attract, engage, and hire top clinical, operational, and corporate talent across a multi-state organization. The VP will build a data-driven talent acquisition function, sourcing strategy, employer brand, recruiting technology, workforce planning, and recruiting operations &mdash; that positions Rogers as an employer of choice in behavioral health. This leader will bring steady, experienced focus to keep talent acquisition strong and consistent through that kind of change. Working in close partnership with the CHRO and senior leadership, this individual will bring enterprise-level rigor to how Rogers finds, secures, and retains the workforce that delivers on its mission, building the financial acumen, cross-functional fluency, and organizational credibility needed to operate as a partner to the executive team, with significant room to grow the scope and influence of the role as the organization and its talent needs evolve.

Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>
Lead the Talent Acquisition function enterprise-wide, setting strategy, structure, and staffing infrastructure to support clinical, operational, and corporate hiring across a multi-state footprint.</li><li>
Design and scale proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines that ensure a consistent, high-quality flow of candidates for hard-to-fill clinical, psychiatric, and behavioral health roles.</li><li>

Clinic Assistant

<div>Summary: 
 
The Care Advocate provides leadership in the facilitation of the treatment process from prior to admission to discharge. The Care Advocate monitors the treatment process of both individual and aggregate cases, acting on behalf of the best interest of the patients, their families and Rogers Behavioral Health to manage risk, ensure quality patient care and cost-quality outcomes. The Care Advocate crosses departmental boundaries to address and resolve identified care delivery problems at Rogers Behavioral Health.
Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities: 
Coordinate and Track Patient Care<ul><li>
Act as the liaison between RBH and third-party payers in advocating for the initial (pre-certification) and ongoing medical necessity authorization (concurrent reviews). Provide utilization information to third-party payors and facilitate any physician-to-physician (peer to peer) reviews or expedited appeals.</li><li>
Review active medical records to ensure medical necessity documentation requirements are met and escalate documentation or quality care issues if needed.</li><li>
Communicate with utilization review (UR), admitting and clinical leadership regarding the quality of documentation within the medical record.</li><li>
Collaborate with admitting and clinical leadership in providing education and training to clinical staff in medical necessity documentation.</li><li>
Provide documentation training to clinical and admitting staff.</li><li>
Provide feedback to clinical staff on the quality of documentation.</li><li>
Meet in an ongoing, collaborative manner with the clinician and/or admissions staff to facilitate their knowledge of documentation issues, medical necessity and/or admission criteria.</li><li>
Initiate the physician advisory review process as.</li><li>
Ensure coverage for all Rogers transitions of care to internal treatment programs by acting as the liaison between admissions, clinical teams, managed care, and patient financial services to ensure medical necessity authorization, single-case agreements or self-pay deposits are obtained.</li><li>
Inform UR leadership of any sensitive cases or potential cases involving managed care that may lead to contractual arrangements.</li><li>
Work with regulatory and/or quality department to identify, investigate or resolve issues that place patients or Rogers Behavioral Health at risk.</li><li>

The Vice President, Research is responsible for the development of a comprehensive research plan and execution of subsequent research protocols. The incumbent administers and coordinates the leadership and operations of multiple research studies to ensure proper management and effective operation and execution in adherence to study protocols. Supervision is exercised over a number of professional, supervisory, technical and/or clerical personnel such as Research Psychologist, Research Coordinator and Research Assistant. The Vice President, Research serves as the senior leader responsible for advancing Rogers Behavioral Health's research, innovation, and knowledge translation strategy. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, with a collaborative relationship to the Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Medical Officer, this role bridges clinical care, scientific discovery, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
The Vice President develops and executes a comprehensive translational research agenda designed to accelerate the adoption of evidence-based practices, evaluate emerging treatments and technologies, advance precision behavioral healthcare, and transform research findings into scalable clinical, operational, and commercial applications.
The position provides leadership for research operations, grants and sponsored programs, data science collaborations, clinical innovation initiatives, external partnerships, and dissemination of scientific knowledge. The Vice President works closely with physicians, psychologists, researchers, operational leaders, and external academic partners to ensure that research activities directly support Rogers Behavioral Health's mission, strategic priorities, and patient outcomes.

This role has a focus on delivery of nursing services staff job specific requirement training such as Mental Health Technician (MHT) onboarding training and waived testing training.
