Quality Control Technician

</b></p><ul><li>Perform maintenance and repairs on on-road trucks and fleet vehicles, ensuring DOT compliance and safe operation

</li><li>Diagnose and repair a wide range of heavy equipment, including loaders, haul trucks, crushers, and asphalt plant equipment
</li><li>Complete preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently and reduce downtime
</li><li>Inspect equipment, identify potential failures, and take proactive steps to prevent breakdowns
</li><li>Handle field service calls as well as shop-based repairs, depending on operational needs
</li><li>Perform welding and light fabrication as needed to support repairs
</li><li>Use parts systems and catalogs to identify, source, and manage components efficiently
</li><li>Maintain accurate work orders and service records
</li><li>Operate company vehicles and mobile equipment safely across job sites and public roads
