Key Responsibilities Administration &amp; Communication<ul><li>Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally</li><li>Manage official emails, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams</li><li>Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)</li><li>Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal staff</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Porter Coordination<ul><li>Arrange and manage porter/courier bookings for samples, documents, and materials</li><li>Track dispatches, deliveries, and maintain logistics records</li><li>Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely pickups and deliveries</li></ul>Accounting &amp; Finance Support<ul><li>Assist with basic accounting entries (vouchers, expenses, invoices)</li><li>Maintain cash, petty cash, and expense records</li><li>Support billing, collections, and payment follow-ups</li><li>Assist in preparing reports for management as required</li><li>Coordinate with external accountants/auditors when needed</li></ul>General Office Support<ul><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations</li><li>Monitor office supplies and place orders when required</li><li>Support HR-related admin tasks such as attendance tracking and record maintenance</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in administration and basic accounting</li><li>Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel) preferred</li><li>Good communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Basic knowledge of logistics or courier coordination is an advantage</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)</li><li>Basic accounting and documentation</li><li>Communication and coordination</li><li>Time management and attention to detail</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sanjay Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do u know how to make entries in Tally ? </li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Tally Experience (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
