Objective :To ensure accurate control, availability, and movement of inventory by maintaining proper stock records, minimizing losses, and supporting smooth operations across departments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain daily stock records (inward, outward, and balance stock)</li><li>Verify materials received as per purchase orders and delivery challans</li><li>Issue materials to departments against approved requisitions</li><li>Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of stock</li><li>Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records</li><li>Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking</li><li>Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts teams</li><li>Prepare stock reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management</li><li>Handle damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock appropriately</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel, stock registers, ERP)</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Working hours are 10:30 to 8pmCall hr on 9915546318Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
