On-Site Social Content Creator &amp; Marketing CoordinatorMedical SpaAbout the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a video-first, hands-on team player to support both content creation and day-to-day marketing coordination for a medical spa that&rsquo;s entering an exciting new phase.This is a fully on-site role (not remote). In addition to creating short-form video content for social and ads, this role requires someone comfortable being present in the space &mdash; occasionally greeting guests, answering the phone, and supporting the team when needed while on-site.This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on fit and availability.Content Creation Responsibilities<ul><li>Capture and edit short-form video content on-site for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and paid ads</li><li>Create content that feels modern, elevated, and social-native, aligned with a premium medical spa brand</li><li>Help define and maintain the look, feel, and tone of the brand&rsquo;s social presence</li><li>Produce high-output content, prioritizing consistency and engagement over perfection</li><li>Contribute ideas around hooks, trends, and formats that drive engagement</li><li>Test and iterate content quickly based on performance</li></ul>Marketing &amp; On-Site Support Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate posting schedules and support paid social campaigns</li><li>Track basic performance metrics and organize content assets</li><li>Assist with simple marketing initiatives, promotions, and launches</li><li>Be comfortable answering phones, greeting guests, and assisting staff when on-site as needed</li><li>Act as a reliable, professional presence in the spa environment</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong short-form video creation and editing skills</li><li>Comfortable working fully on-site in a client-facing environment</li><li>Willingness to support a variety of responsibilities while on-site</li><li>Organized, reliable, and proactive</li><li>Understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok</li><li>Tech-forward mindset with interest in modern tools and AI</li><li>Clear communication and collaborative attitude</li></ul>Bonus (not required):<ul><li>Experience with wellness, beauty, or service-based brands</li><li>Experience supporting paid social campaigns</li><li>Prior experience in a client-facing or hospitality environment</li></ul>Role Details<ul><li>Location: On-site at our medical spa (no remote option)</li><li>Schedule: Full-time or part-time</li><li>Compensation: Based on experience</li><li>Start Date: ASAP</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease include:<ul><li>A link to your portfolio or short-form video examples</li><li>Any social accounts, ads, or real-world projects you&rsquo;ve worked on (if available)</li></ul>We&rsquo;re looking for someone excited to be part of the business &mdash; not just behind a screen &mdash; and who enjoys contributing wherever needed.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
