 About the Team
 
 The Supply Chain Operations team plans and drives the manufacturing, shipping, reception, storage, and delivery of Roku&rsquo;s entire product portfolio. Our logistics team works cross-functionally with planning, factory management, new product introduction and order management to build and ship Roku&rsquo;s product within the required time frame, and with a laser focus on cost and quality.

 About the Role
 
 This position will focus on warehousing, reverse logistics (RMA), and logistics services procurement within a team of sourcing professionals. The role owns supplier and partner relationships, defines category and supply base strategies, and leads contract negotiation, execution, and ongoing supplier governance for Warehousing, RMA, and supporting logistics services.
 
 
 The ideal candidate is a high-energy, high-impact individual who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and can lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex sourcing, contracting, and supplier management activities.
 
 
 
 For California Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.  What you&rsquo;ll be doing
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage the Warehousing &amp; RMA sourcing categories, owning end-to-end supplier engagement across third-party warehouses, fulfillment centers, repair depots, refurbishers, and reverse logistics partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the commercial strategy and supplier portfolio supporting inbound warehousing, outbound distribution, returns processing (RMA), refurbishment, resale, recycling, and disposal operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate, draft, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, amendments, and pricing exhibits with warehousing, RMA, and logistics service providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead RFx processes for Warehousing and RMA services, including scope definition, bid analysis, supplier evaluation, and recommendation using eSourcing tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute category strategies leveraging market intelligence, supplier benchmarking, rate cards, capacity planning, and total cost of ownership (TCO) models across storage, handling, labor, repair, and reverse logistics cost drivers
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary commercial point of contact for Warehousing and RMA suppliers, managing pricing, performance issues, claims, compliance, contract changes, and escalations
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and deliver cost optimization and productivity initiatives, including network optimization, supplier rationalization, rate re-benchmarking, and process improvements across warehousing and returns flows
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with Logistics Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Service, and Legal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost validation that withstands executive scrutiny
 </li>
 <li>
 Host QBRs and supplier scorecard reviews, driving accountability around SLAs, KPIs, service quality, cost, compliance, and continuous improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure suppliers meet commitments related to cost, capacity, service levels, quality, inventory accuracy, RMA turnaround times, and compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel 10&ndash;20% to supplier sites for business reviews, audits, and program alignment
 </li>

 We&rsquo;re excited if you have

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Engineering, or Business (master&rsquo;s preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 8+ years of experience in Logistics / Services Procurement, with strong emphasis on Warehousing, Reverse Logistics (RMA), and contract management
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct sourcing experience with 3PLs, warehousing providers, fulfillment centers, repair/refurbishment vendors, and reverse logistics partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of warehouse operations, RMA workflows, inventory handling, labor models, and cost drivers
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated expertise in services contracting, including MSAs, SOWs, rate cards, SLAs, outsourcing models, should-cost analysis, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience running RFx processes and managing suppliers through the full contract lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while influencing cross-functional stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
 </li>

This role is pivotal in optimizing our supply chain operations by developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery of electronic components and finished goods.

 Identify and qualify new suppliers; manage supplier relationships to ensure performance on cost, quality, lead time, and capacity

 Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and cost negotiations

 Lead contract negotiations, including NDAs, MDSA, SOWs, and other supply agreements

 Partner with Product and Engineering throughout the Product Development Process (PDP, ensuring sourcing is aligned with technical and timeline requirements

 Support design-to-cost decisions during development and cost initiatives for sustaining programs

 Analyze cost drivers and market trends to improve pricing and reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO). Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies like alternative second sourcing, buffer stocks, or redesigns

 Ensure accurate BOM cost roll-ups and reporting of pricing data
 </li>

 Use data to drive decisions and continuously improve procurement efficiency

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s or MBA preferred)

 8+ years of experience in hardware procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within the consumer electronics or high-tech industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of components sourcing and semiconductor supply chain
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a tech start-up or scaling a hardware company
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in executive reporting, including preparing and presenting supplier strategy, risk, and cost updates to senior leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 A proven track record supporting Product Development Process (PDP) and managing procurement during New Product Introduction (NPI) phases
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with CMs/ODMs and international suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills
 </li>

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
