The Sarasota/Bradenton, Florida office of a national insurance and general practice law firm is seeking a part-time attorney with three to seven years of litigation experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling first-party property, as well as third-party liability claims.Duties for this position include motion practice, taking and defending depositions and Examinations Under Oath, court appearances, and coverage analysis.
