The firm seeks candidates with at least five years of experience in litigation. Experience with property and casualty claims is a plus. Duties include motion practice, taking and defending depositions and Examinations Under Oath, court appearances, and coverage analysis.Applicants must already be licensed to practice in Ohio, be self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. This is not an entry-level position, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in the core practice areas of the Firm.We offer competitive compensation and benefits, and a collegial and family-friendly work environment.
