 Position
 
 
 
 As a Finance Administrator you play a pivotal role in ensuring precise, punctual and highly efficient financial administration.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities
 
 
 
 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Process purchase invoices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare weekly payment runs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare journal entries for bank transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accounts payable subledger.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain supplier master data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain implementation of authorization matrix
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor compliance with authorization matrix
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize use of purchase to pay (P2P) tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare balance sheet specifications for assigned accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in assigned financial improvement projects and other initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by manager or supervisor
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Your qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with minimum 3 years in experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to attend to details, be organized, be meticulous with data entry skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, accounting software, Twinfield experience will be a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good administrative and coordination skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Disciplined with time management abilities, accountable to deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be a team player, with strong integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably of Saudi nationality.
 </li>
