Job BriefWe&rsquo;re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record in executive housekeeping roles.Responsibilities&middot; Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team&middot; Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a pristine environment&middot; Train, motivate, and lead housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service&middot; Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure quality standards are met&middot; Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed&middot; Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address facility needs&middot; Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping, striving for quick and effective resolution&middot; Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational requirements&middot; Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in housekeeping operations&middot; Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the propertyRequirements and Skills&middot; Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar leadership role&middot; Strong leadership and organizational abilities&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&middot; In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment&middot; Ability to train and motivate a diverse team&middot; Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest issues professionally&middot; Familiarity with housekeeping software and tools&middot; Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts&middot; Integrity and a customer-focused mindset&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related field is a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
