<div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Summary</b></h1><p>
As a Bartender you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by serving a diverse range of beverages in a fast-paced and exciting environment. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and mixing drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You will engage with patrons, taking orders and making recommendations, while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.</p><p>
</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b> include the following:
</p><ul><li>Provides constant, attentive, and friendly service to guests.
</li><li>Obtains orders from patrons and servers.
</li><li>Mixes ingredients such as liquor, flavored liquor, soda, juices, sparkling and non-sparkling water, sugar, bitters and garnishes to prepare cocktails and other types of drinks (Note: All liquor is to be metered by approved serving equipment).
</li><li>Serves alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, wine, and draft or bottled beer.
</li><li>Knowledge of name brands and liquors, wines, and bottle beers.
</li><li>Monitors consumption of alcohol served to patrons.
</li><li>Operates balances and reconciles cash &amp; credit card transactions and follows proper procedures for closing and balancing till.
</li><li>Report to Supervisor all liquors, beers, mixed, glassware, and other bar supplies, which need to be ordered when running low.
</li><li>Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
</li><li>Stock, clean, prepares fruits and vegetables, for garnishing cocktails.
</li><li>Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized, for all shifts.
</li><li>Upholds standards set by ABC.
</li><li>Able to maintain a hospitable and team atmosphere with fellow staff.
</li><li>Sell alcohol beverages and food to guests, following RBS guidelines.
</li><li>Relays any complaints, problems or positive remarks to Shift Manager or Shift Supervisor.
</li><li>Maintains assigned workstation and section.
</li><li>Follows established departmental policies and procedures.
</li><li>Follows policies and procedures set forth by Rolling Hills Casino.
</li><li>Responsible for putting liquor in storage area, rotating product, and cleanliness of storage areas.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum 21 years of age</li><li>
Completion of Orientation and safety training</li><li>
Additional safety trainings as assigned</li><li>
Non-slip shoes

</p><p><b>Education and/or Experience</b></p><p>
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Bartending Certificate from college or technical school
</p><p>Required; or 2 years of high-volume bartending experience required and or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have previous experience with a Point of Sale (POS) system. Candidate must have previous customer service experience.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Language Skills
</b></h1><p>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and other employees of the organization.</p><p>
</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Mathematical Skills
</b></h1><p>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.</p><p>
</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Reasoning Ability
</b></h1><p>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral,</p><p>
or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</p><p>
</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
</b></h1><p>Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission. RBS certification as trained at Rolling Hills Casino. Food handler&rsquo;s card provided by Rolling Hills Casino. Must obtain Title 31 certification as trained by Rolling Hills Casino. Valid state issued Driver&rsquo;s license.</p><p>
