Position Summary:</div><div>
This position assembles generator sets and sub-assemblies that include both standard and non-standard product lines. This will require using hand and power tools and following quality and procedural techniques.</div><div></div><div>
Key Accountabilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Use work instructions, drawings, schematics and equipment used to perform basic assembly duties in a limited number of work areas (i.e. Final Assembly and Sub-Assembly).</div></li><li><div>
Cross train in multiple assembly areas and help in other areas based on necessity.</div></li><li><div>
Develop and maintain an understanding of the products assembled and continuous learning of the principles, practices and processes of their job as changes require.</div></li><li><div>
Recognize obvious defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, faulty workmanship and general quality.</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for following safety and environmental procedures and established processes and policies.</div></li><li><div>
Provide input on continuous improvement opportunities within the department</div></li><li><div>
Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.</div></li><li><div>
Perform special projects as required</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Basic ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment</div></li><li><div>
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrates proficiency in both oral and written communication as well as communicate in a team environment</div></li><li><div>
Quality and detail orientation and basic organizational skills</div></li><li><div>
Good command of the English language, both written and verbal</div></li><li><div>
Basic ability to learn and adapt to changing technology</div></li><li><div>
