Key Accountabilities:</div><ul><li>
Analyze operational data to detect engine trends promptly and define requirements for trend algorithms and digital tools to enable early failure prediction.</li><li>
Collaborate with MTU Service Engineering teams, including EHM in Germany, to provide guidance, training, and support for Equipment Health Monitors across the Americas.</li><li>
Support MTU Go! Commissioning by assisting with setup and final validation before customer service handover.</li><li>
Address nuisance alarms by working with Application Engineering teams to adjust settings and remove unnecessary alerts, enhancing customer experience.</li><li>
Foster a safety and compliance culture while upholding the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.</li><li>
Carry out additional responsibilities as required to meet operational and growth objectives</li></ul><div></div><div>
Basic Requirements:</div><ul><li>

A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology plus 5 years of experience in engine troubleshooting, diagnostics, or service engineering involving internal combustion engines is required; alternatively, candidates with 9 years of relevant hands-on troubleshooting, diagnostics, or service engineering with internal combustion engines will also be considered.</li><li>
Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Comprehensive understanding of mechanical or electrical aspects of engines and related tools, such as their design, operation, maintenance, repair, major overhauls, and diesel engine tuning.</li><li>
Strong ability to interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, wiring schematics, computer-generated reports, and engine data files.</li><li>
Advanced analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, enabling the development of tools to address complex or poorly defined issues.</li><li>
Knowledge of MTU comparable diesel products, and their applications.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal oral/written communication skills.</li><li>
Excellent organizational, planning and follow through skills.</li><li>
Experience working with international and/or interdisciplinary teams.</li></ul><div></div><div>

The Sr. Manager of Inside Sales mission is to optimize the lead to quote and quote to order process. This person is responsible for process optimization across our various platforms. The mission of the Sr. Manager Inside Sales is to provide team leadership, sales enablement and account synchronization across the sales team and larger organization</div><div></div><div>
Key Accountabilities:</div><ul><li>
Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.</li><li>
Provide team leadership: Recruit train and develop account manager team building skills and knowledge to enable future promotions, be the &ldquo;goto person&rdquo; for help within the team. Move account manager role from order taker to solutions sales manager</li><li>
Sales enablement: Act as the bridge between sales and all functions within the organization. Ability to work cross functionally between sales, engineering, operations, purchasing, after sales, finance as needed to drive customer solutions.</li><li>
Global account management support: Provide data and make recommendations on processes as it relates to our global customers. Helps drive consistency in solutions across regions.</li><li>
Process optimization: Drive consistency in sales processes between direct sales and distribution business. Has the ability to redesign processes in the lead to quote and quote to order processes.</li><li>
Performance metric tracking: Develop processes and tracking of sales pipeline, and identify key indicators</li><li>
Key stakeholder in the forecasting process for supply chain team and internal budget planning. Has the ability to leverage systems like CRM to link sales pipeline to required forecasting tools though data analysis</li><li>
Owner of sales pricing ensuring pricing continuity on products from customer to customer. Has the technical knowledge to bridge technical differences to price level various scopes of supply</li></ul><div></div><div>
