</li><li>Coordinate patient deliveries and pickups with 3PLs</li><li>
Operate as the direct point of contact for 3PLs on day-to-day basis.</li><li>
Resolve scheduling conflicts and/or complaints as they arise.</li><li>
Collaborate with the regional logistics and warehouses teams.</li><li>
Schedule internal staff according to location and/or workload.</li><li>
Organize workflow and appointments through our ERP.</li><li>
Utilize our ERP to notate details of all internal and external communications.</li><li>
Open communication with other departments for schedule changes to allow for effective time management.</li><li>
Maintain customer confidence and protect Operations by keeping information confidential.</li><li>
Other duties, as assigned.</li></ul><ul><li>
Prior scheduling or dispatch experience, preferred.</li><li>
Experience with logistics, distribution, or transportation, preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>
Phone system network.</li><li>
Customer Service.</li><li>
Computer skills, including Microsoft 365, ERP, preferred.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li><li>
Detail oriented &ndash; no really, it&rsquo;s critical to the success of this position!</li><li>
Ability to collaborate inter-departmentally to solve challenges.</li><li>
Interpersonal &ndash; ability to effectively communicate and complete task.
</li><li>Highly organized.</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.</li><li>
