Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Waitstaff/Host, where you will be the heartbeat of our dining experience! In this dynamic role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us deliver unforgettable moments for every visitor who walks through our doors.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for their dining experience.</li><li>Take and process orders accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS.</li><li>Provide detailed menu information and recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to create an inviting environment.</li><li>Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.</li><li>Assist in managing guest relations, addressing any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.</li><li>Support fellow team members during peak hours to maintain smooth service flow.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Previous host/host or food service experience is essential.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining composure under pressure.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Experience with hotel guest services is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with serving techniques and restaurant operations.</li><li>Knowledge of guest relations best practices to enhance overall customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We&rsquo;re dedicated to fostering an energetic work environment that empowers our team members to shine!
