<div></div><div>To reach this goal, we are seeking an experienced <b>Marketing Coordinator</b> to join our team. In this role, you will execute marketing strategies, coordinate campaigns and provide essential support to Sales and the organization to meet company goals.</div>

<div></div><div><b>Accountabilities Include:</b></div>
<ul><li>Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, digital ads, print, etc.).
</li><li>Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
</li><li>Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
</li><li>Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and insights for optimization.
</li><li>Maintain and update the company&rsquo;s website and social media platforms with new content and updates.
</li><li>Help manage the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met for all deliverables.
</li><li>Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
</li><li>Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
</li><li>Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, and performance tracking.
</li><li>Manage inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Requirements for Success:</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field or equivalent experience.
</li><li>A minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing support role or similar position.
</li><li>A minimum of 2 years graphic design experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
</li><li>Experience with digital marketing trends, SEO and content creation.
</li><li>Knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools preferred.
</li><li>Experience with event planning and/or trade show coordination preferred.
</li><li>Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to effectively express ideas and information.
</li><li>Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
</li><li>A high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
</li><li>Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
</li><li>Ability to follow policies, processes and procedures.
</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to task in completing assignments with quality outputs.
</li><li>Basic math computation skills to include, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fractions.
</li><li>Computer skills include understanding basic computer manipulation, managing computer files, word processing, using spreadsheets and databases, creating presentations, finding information, and communicating.
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and marketing software (CRM, email platforms, social media tools, etc).
</li><li>Professional, self-starter who is reliable, solutions oriented, flexible, proactive, resilient, organized, and punctual.</li>
