Ensure the complete follow-up and customer satisfaction are maintained up until the registrations are positively completed.2. CRM System Implementation &amp; Optimization&middot; Select, implement, and customize CRM systems to meet organizational needs.&middot; Assess existing setups and recommend improvements or new platforms based on industry best practices.&middot; Optimize workflows to ensure seamless integration with sales and marketing activities.3. Data Organization &amp; Maintenance&middot; Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.&middot; Ensure quick accessibility to client history, preferences, and interaction records.&middot; Apply best practices for data entry and organization to deliver reliable insights.4. Workflow Development &amp; Automation&middot; Design and automate workflows to streamline repetitive administrative tasks.&middot; Set up reminders, follow-up sequences, and data entry protocols to boost efficiency.5. Sales &amp; Marketing Alignment&middot; Create reporting systems and processes that align sales and marketing teams.&middot; Enable targeted campaigns and data-driven prioritization of leads.6. Data Analysis &amp; Strategic Insights&middot; Analyze CRM data to identify trends, sales cycles, and engagement patterns.&middot; Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.7. Team Communication &amp; Training&middot; Train and support team members in effective CRM usage.&middot; Ensure clarity and consistency in CRM-related processes across departments.8. Data Security &amp; Compliance&middot; Implement access controls and safeguards to protect sensitive customer data.&middot; Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.9. Regulatory Liaison &amp; Approvals&middot; Coordinate with government offices, municipal bodies, development authorities, RERA offices, revenue departments, and utility providers to secure necessary approvals.&middot; Obtain licenses, permits, NOCs, and other clearances related to land acquisition, construction, and occupancy.&middot; Ensure adherence to all real estate laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.10. Documentation &amp; Compliance Management&middot; Prepare and submit applications, proposals, and reports to authorities.&middot; Maintain accurate records of correspondence, approvals, and legal documentation.&middot; Monitor and communicate changes in relevant real estate regulations.11.
