Part-Time or Full Time Hostess Needed at Koishi sushi restaurant in Cotswold area (about 5 minutes from SouthPark mall, about 20 minutes from UNCC)We are looking for hostess at this location.(MUST able to work weekday lunch shifts)No experiences is needed but able to work as a team. If you have past experience in the sushi restaurant, that is a plus, but it is not require, as long as you are willing to learn.If you believe you have what it takes to help us and yourself succeed please submit a resume.State your availability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality with fast-paced customer service, making each guest&rsquo;s experience memorable and enjoyable.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them to their seats or reservations</li><li>Manage guest waitlists and reservations using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth seating flow</li><li>Handle cashier duties accurately, processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency</li><li>Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items, reservations, or special events</li><li>Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously</li><li>Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize service flow</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience as a Host/hostess or cashier in food service or restaurant settings is highly preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous</li><li>Experience in hospitality, serving, or hotel environments is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Join us and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
