It has the most modern manufacturing facilities at Gandhinagar (Gujarat) and Mumbai, with a well equipped application lab, tool room and machine shop, sophisticated testing and design center and a high-tech laboratory with sophisticated measuring instruments.Position: Branch CoordinatorDepartment: Back OfficeLocation: DelhiReporting to: Regional HeadJob PurposeTo coordinate and oversee branch operations in the manufacturing industry by ensuring smooth execution of sales support, customer service, logistics, and administrative tasks. The Branch Coordinator acts as a link between customers, branch team, factory, and head office to achieve branch targets and ensure operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations &amp; Administration&middot; Manage day-to-day branch activities including administration, documentation, and compliance.&middot; Coordinate with the factory/plant and head office for timely order processing, dispatches, and inventory planning.&middot; Maintain accurate records of branch activities, reports, and correspondence.&middot; Support audits, compliance checks, and adherence to company policies.2. Sales &amp; Customer Support&middot; Provide backend support to the sales team in quotation preparation, order confirmations, and customer communication.&middot; Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules, product requirements, and after-sales support.&middot; Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.&middot; Track sales leads, branch performance, and assist in achieving business targets.3. Logistics &amp; Inventory Management&middot; Coordinate with factory, transporters, and warehouse for smooth dispatches and deliveries.&middot; Monitor branch stock, spare parts, and consumables to ensure adequate availability.&middot; Prepare and maintain inventory reports, stock reconciliations, and material movement records.4. Team Coordination&middot; Support branch staff in daily work and act as a bridge between departments (Sales, Service, Accounts, and Factory).&middot; Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and branch-level HR documentation.&middot; Assist in training coordination and induction of new employees at the branch.5. Financial &amp; Reporting Support&middot; Assist in billing, invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.&middot; Ensure timely submission of MIS reports (sales, dispatch, stock, outstanding payments, etc.).&middot; Support in monitoring credit limits, outstanding payments, and coordinate with customers for timely collections.Key Skills &amp; Competencies&middot; Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.&middot; Good communication and negotiation skills.&middot; Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, and basic reporting tools.&middot; Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and logistics.&middot; Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.Qualifications &amp; Experience&middot; Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Engineering.&middot; 1&ndash;6 years of experience in branch coordination, sales support, or operations within the manufacturing industry.&middot; Experience in handling logistics, customer support, and inventory management preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;21,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
