The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong leadership skills and a commitment to high-quality dentistry. Our patient population includes individuals of all ages, with a significant focus on adult crown and bridge cases.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver comprehensive dental services with a focus on patient-first care. Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients</li><li>Work collaboratively with a team of 3 hygienists, multiple assistants per doctor, and a fully staffed front office.</li><li>Lead and contribute positively to the team environment, fostering a culture of professionalism and support.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health and preventative care.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records</li></ul>Requirements: - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school - Valid state dental license - Proficiency in using dental practice management software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Alignment with our Core Values (see above)Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive compensation of 30% of collections, with additional incentives and bonuses often leading to earnings above 30% of production.</li><li>401(k) retirement plan.</li><li>Medical insurance.</li><li>Continuing education allowance.</li><li>Mentorship opportunities with experienced providers.</li><li>Relocation assistance available in special instances.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
