The role requires strong technical skills, discipline,efficiency, and excellent client interaction while strictly adhering to Rosa Wellness standards andprocedures.Key ResponsibilitiesNail Services: Manicure and pedicure (classic and gel), nail shaping, cuticle care, polishapplication, gel removal, and approved nail art.Hygiene &amp; Safety: Strict tool sterilization, sanitation, clean setup and breakdown, and compliancewith hygiene protocols.Client Experience: Professional conduct, clear communication, respect for privacy, and properhandling of feedback.Sales Awareness: Ethical upselling of appropriate services aligned with client needs.Efficiency: Time management, punctuality, and consistency across bookings.Operations: Schedule adherence, reporting, and compliance with SOPs.Required SkillsHard Skills: Certified or experienced nail technician, manicure and pedicure techniques, gelservices, nail art, nail health knowledge, tool sterilization, and independent home-service delivery.Soft Skills: Discipline, reliability, professional communication, client focus, emotional control, salesawareness, and respect for company rules.Experience RequirementsPrevious experience as a Nail Technician is required. Home-service or premium client experienceis a strong advantage.Performance EvaluationPerformance is evaluated based on service quality, hygiene compliance, punctuality, clientfeedback, sales contribution, and adherence to company standards.Compensation &amp; ConductCompensation includes a fixed salary and commission aligned with Rosa Wellness policies. The therapist will provide a range of therapeutic and aesthetic massage services while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client care.This role requires strong technical skills, client-centered service, and adherence to company protocols.Key Responsibilities1. Client Care &amp; Experience<ul><li>Conduct professional client consultations before each session</li><li>Adjust pressure and techniques based on client needs and comfort</li><li>Ensure a calm, respectful, and professional service experience</li><li>Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times</li><li>Encourage repeat bookings through excellent service quality</li></ul>3. Hygiene, Safety &amp; Professional Standards<ul><li>Maintain excellent personal hygiene and appearance</li><li>Properly sanitize hands, equipment, oils, and tools before and after sessions</li><li>Use clean linens and ensure correct setup and breakdown of equipment</li><li>Follow all company hygiene, safety, and service protocols</li><li>Report any client issues or incidents immediately to the supervisor</li></ul>4.
