Rosati&rsquo;s Pizza Morrisville is a neighborhood pizza shop known for deep dish, thin crust. We partner with schools, clubs, HOAs, sports teams, and 55+ communities to raise awareness for our brand and bring people together over great food.Role SummaryYou&rsquo;ll lead community outreach and support day-to-day marketing. Your goal is to build relationships, book fundraisers and catering orders, grow our local presence, and track results. If you love talking to people, organizing events, and turning conversations into repeat business, you&rsquo;ll thrive here.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Prospect and maintain a pipeline of schools, clubs, teams, apartments, HOAs, churches, and local employers (2&ndash;4 mile radius).</li><li>Book fundraiser nights / spirit nights, team meals, teacher lunches, and neighborhood events.</li><li>Attend and table at community events (set up simple booth, flyers, QR codes, sample slices when allowed).</li><li>Own the outreach calendar and follow-ups; send post-event thank-yous and report results back to partners.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Content<ul><li>Create simple flyers, social posts, and emails (templates provided; light design skills helpful).</li><li>Post 3&ndash;5x/week on Facebook/Instagram/Next-door; capture store photos/video; reply to comments/DMs.</li><li>Coordinate and invite local influencers once a week.</li><li>Monitor marketing campaigns on Meta.</li><li>Build segmented outreach lists (schools, clubs, HOAs, nearby offices) and run light outreach campaigns.</li><li>Keep promos current on Google Business Profile and delivery platforms.</li><li>Track reviews; draft friendly owner responses; escalate issues.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Coordinate with the store team on event dates, prep, and delivery/packaging needs.</li><li>Log each outreach touchpoint and deal status.</li><li>Report weekly on key metrics (see below).</li></ul>You Might Be a Fit If&hellip;<ul><li>You&rsquo;re a people-person who&rsquo;s comfortable calling, emailing, and visiting local orgs.</li><li>Organized, persistent, and coachable; you like checklists and hitting weekly goals.</li><li>Basic Canva/Google Docs skills; bonus for short-form video comfort.</li><li>Clean driving record and reliable transportation for local visits.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1+ year in outreach, sales, events, or marketing (hospitality/retail a plus).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication.</li><li>Able to work some evenings/weekends for events as needed.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs for event materials/booth.</li></ul>Tools We UseGoogle Workspace (Docs/Sheets), Canva, Meta/Instagram, Nextdoor, basic CRM/sheet, QR codes/UTMs. Training provided.Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>40 hrs/week</li><li>$40-60k DOE + bonus tied to KPIs</li><li>Meal discount, flexible scheduling, and growth potential.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Outbound touches: 80&ndash;120/week (email + phone + in-person)</li><li>Fundraisers booked: 4&ndash;8/month</li><li>Group orders/catering booked: 6&ndash;10/month</li><li>Partner retention: 60%+ book again within 60&ndash;90 days.</li><li>Review response time: within 24 hours</li><li>Content cadence: 3&ndash;5 posts/week with basic analytics tracked.</li><li>Online community involvement: 15-20 digital engagement /week.</li></ul>How to Apply.<ul><li>A community partnership you built (or would build) within 2-3 miles of Rosati's.</li><li>A simple idea to increase fundraiser participation by 20%.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
