Job Summary: We are seeking a registered medical assistant to coordinate aspects of the back office operations and assist the physician to increase efficiency, accuracy and compliance with back office operations. This assistance will allow the physician to be more present with the patients and continue to promote the work the company is doing to advance healthCARE for women. This work will encompass BOTH our Colorado Springs and Canon City office and can expand to new locations. Currently, work will be split roughly 50/50 between both locations.<ul><li>Primary target is to increase the efficiency of the physician by maintaining a seamless operation of the back office in conjunction with the front office. This improved efficiency will allow us to reach MORE women with life-changing treatments most have never heard of or understood (like the Perky Peach).</li><li>Manage the weight loss program + support the hormone program</li><li>Identify and teach patients about other key women's health treatments</li><li>Ensure highest quality care (anyone from anywhere in the world would view what you do as the very best)</li><li>Streamline operations and client obsession</li><li>Tight organizational order including par level maintenance of key supplies, inventory management</li></ul>Daily job duties of Medical Assistant:<ul><li>Prepare the patient rooms daily with organized supplies</li><li>Obtain vitals signs &amp; complete patient charting / scribe for provider. </li><li>Care for all weight loss patients for check-ins and review any roadblocks to success</li><li>Daily labs draws and IV placement</li><li>Responding to patient inquiries / questions - this includes taboo womens health topics including anything from intimacy, libido, incontinence to hair removal, hormones and in-office liposuction</li><li>Sales in relation to skincare, procedures, treatments and more</li><li>Daily office needs - laundry, cleaning, list completion</li><li>Maintenance of office devices including lasers</li><li>Create educational material including videos to teach staff or patients</li></ul>The_ ideal candidate_ will have experience as a registered medical assistant or higher medical background with prior clinical experience (personal is also an extra bonus) with WEIGHT LOSS programs, Bioidentical Hormones with pellet therapy. MA would be comfortable managing a patient volume of up to 50-70 patients daily, Zenoti EMR, have a sense of urgency to care for patients quickly and efficiently with a positive/cheerful attitude, possess incredible organizational skills to keep the office tidy, easy to find supplies, up to date on all daily/weekly/monthly/annual compliance needs (i.e. autoclave spore testing), excel in providing exceptional customer service and working with merchandising / sales. We are a growing and expanding company, so any candidate needs to be comfortable with training and developing others as they progress in the company.*Note : We are not hiring aspiring injectors. We believe in addressing sensitive and often taboo topics in women&rsquo;s health openly and compassionately, ensuring that no concern is overlooked.We strive to redefine standards in aesthetic and women&rsquo;s health care, making a lasting impact on the lives of women everywhere, especially those who have devoted themselves to caring for others while often neglecting their own wellness.Additional info on scope of this role:<ul><li>Manage the front desk activities when needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors.</li><li>Care for walk-ins with a sense of urgency to see the same day if possible (many patients are nervous for their first visit).</li><li>Complete accurate manual vital signs, give injections, blood draws and place IVs</li><li>Place and take patients off devices when indicated</li><li>Preparing daily charts and work tickets for daily patients</li><li>Utilize Zenoti / EMR</li><li>Sales of skincare, supplements and other merchandise (bonus is available in addition to hourly)- merchandising / display to front</li><li>Calling prior or potential clients to assist booking or sharing special offers</li><li>Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.</li><li>Assist in project coordination and provide support to various departments as required.</li><li>Utilize calendar management software, email correspondence, and document organization.</li><li>Ensure efficient communication flow within the office and with external parties.</li><li>Light housekeeping / room turnover</li></ul>Competencies / Skills:<ul><li>Ability to anticipate needs of co-workers</li><li>Teamwork - we all help wherever needed at times</li><li>Desire to help other with solutions to make themselves look / feel better or more confident</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse individuals.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>Medical assistant or higher clinical background (REQUIRED to be licensed for injections, lab draw and IV placement)</li><li>Preferred- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role in a MEDSPA or plastic surgery office is preferred with a 100% cash operation and not insurance reimbursement.</li><li>Knowledge of medical spa office procedures, lasers, injectables, skincare or medical receptionist duties is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in computer literacy, including Zenoti EMR, Microsoft Office and Google</li></ul>Commitment to Diversity:Rose injectables is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
