 What you'll be doing?
 
 
 We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. In this role,
 
 
 you will fill a highly visible position that will require a professional phone presence and
 
 
 excellent customer service skills. Exceptional organizational skills, precise attention to detail
 
 
 and follow-up capabilities are a must. This will be a Monday-Friday in-office role, hours are 8:30
 
 
 am &ndash; 5:00 pm.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Answer, screen and forward incoming phones using Microsoft Teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet Visitors
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
 </li>
 <li>
 Ordering / Stocking Office, Kitchen and Copier Supplies
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Coffee Machine
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Copiers with needed supplies
 </li>
 <li>
 Courier Service Coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the Delivery Log for incoming packages, and Notification of Recipients
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties may be assigned
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What you'll bring to us
 
 
 The ideal candidate will possess the following minimum requirements to be considered:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 is a plus
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Windows applications: Word, Excel, Outlook and
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Teams
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous phone or front desk reception is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional Phone Etiquette
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Customer Service Skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable, punctual and professional demeanor
 
 
 </li>
