We are guided by a strong moral compass that unashamedly honors God and follows Biblical principals in all decision making.Role Description Rose Rock is looking to hire a Class A CDL Driver / Small Equipment Operator to join our team. This position will support the Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste Services operations as well as Emergency Response and Remediation projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Transport and handle hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials safely and in compliance with regulations.</li><li>Operator small equipment such as skid steer, mini excavator, etc.</li><li>Support the 24-Hour Emergency Response Unit as needed.</li><li>Maintain all DOT logbooks and follow all DOT regulations.</li><li>Adheres to Health &amp; Safety standards in all field related activities.</li><li>Perform other field-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>Must hold a Class A CDL with Haz mat endorsement.</li><li>Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement.</li><li>No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three years.</li><li>No preventable DOT-reportable accidents in the last three years.</li><li>Ability to pass alcohol/drug screening and background check.</li><li>Ability to work in physically demanding environments.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Working knowledge environmental regulations.</li><li>OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is a plus; training will be required if not already obtained.</li><li>Previous experience transporting hazardous materials or working in environmental services.</li></ul>Benefits At the heart of Rose Rock, we know our most valuable assets are our people.
