</div></div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>Housekeepers are expected to exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and guests.
</p><p>The Housekeeper is responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry duties to ensure resident rooms, common areas, and service spaces are consistently clean, sanitary, and visually appealing.
</p><p><b>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
</b></p><ul><li>Cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, and common spaces according to established protocols.
</li><li>Collecting and disposing of trash in a safe and timely manner.
</li><li>Washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and personal laundry as assigned.
</li><li>Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper products, and cleaning materials.
</li><li>Reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
</li><li>Following all infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
</li><li>Supporting community events or special projects as needed, which may include schedule adjustments.
</li><li>Demonstrating respect, professionalism, and sensitivity in all resident and team interactions.
</li>Reliability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to upholding our standards of cleanliness and resident care are essential in this role.<br>

</li><li>Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.

</b></p><p><b>ABOUT THE ROLE: </b>Assist residents with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy. Assist residents at mealtime. Encourage a calm atmosphere. Report to nurse on duty and the Director of Health Services all unusual behaviors of resident (change in status).
</p><p><b>Minimum Required Qualifications: </b>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. At least One (1) year experience working in Assisted Living, Memory Care or skilled setting required.
</p><p><b>Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not required.

This position is responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts, while also supporting full-scope, hands-on production cooking within the Community Culinary Services Department. This role plays a key part in maintaining a superior level of quality service and cleanliness at all times.
</p><p><b><i>This position includes working every other weekend and supporting the line as needed.
