Job Overview Are you passionate about early childhood education and fostering young minds? We are seeking a dedicated Substitute Teacher to join our team in our multi-age, play-based preschool classroom. This position will also turn into a long-term sub position when one of our lead teachers goes out on maternity leave in January.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Education: Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units required.</li><li>Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification required.</li><li>Health &amp; Safety:</li><li>Ability to pass a background clearance.</li><li>Negative TB test required.</li><li>Must be able to pass a physical exam.</li></ul>About Our PreschoolWe are a vibrant, child-centered non-profit preschool in Montgomery Village that believes in the power of play as the foundation for learning and development. Our multi-age classroom encourages collaboration, creativity, and individual growth in a warm and supportive environment. In our Multi-age classroom we have 5 teachers working 5 different interest areas in a weekly rotation creating a low 1:6 ratio. We have a Pre-K program daily.
