With a focus on quality, creativity, and hospitality, Rosebud Restaurants is growing&mdash;and we&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to grow with us in this new Renaissance.The RoleAs our Marketing Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll work closely with our marketing lead and partners to support day-to-day marketing execution. From creating social content and managing our community to coordinating local campaigns, this is a role for someone who&rsquo;s eager to learn, hands-on, and detail-oriented. It&rsquo;s an exciting opportunity for someone ready to build their marketing career in food, hospitality, or lifestyle branding and has an eye for content and community management.Your Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Support execution of ongoing marketing initiatives across locations</li><li>Assist in content creation (design, copy, email, and light video editing)</li><li>Community management</li><li>Monitor industry trends and flag new opportunities</li><li>Help with events, activations, and community partnerships as we reopen and grow</li><li>Update social channels starting with Facebook &amp; Instagram to expand to LinkedIn, YouTube + Tiktok</li><li>Support maintenance of calendars for events, content, and community opportunities</li><li>Track and support ads paid media placements and budgets</li><li>Communicate regularly with restaurant GMs and staff to align on promotions and marketing support</li><li>Creating short-form content (signage, blurbs, social).</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Work On First-Get familiar with our brand guidelines, tools, and menu- Visit our Chicago-based locations, meet our restaurant managers, corporate chefs- Start managing our Social accounts content monthly + ad hoc (before taking on full social)- Support with design and content tasks across email, digital, and printRequirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.</li><li>Familiarity with advertising sales processes and performance metrics related to digital campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks; experience with graphic design is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Google AdWords for managing paid search campaigns effectively.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other analytics tools.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail in written communication.</li><li>Experience in managing budgets for marketing projects effectively.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
