The Senior Sales BI Analyst (AI Enablement focus) will play a critical role in accelerating analytics modernization and practical AI adoption across the commercial organization. This role will initially focus on supporting the implementation and enablement of Tableau Next, partnering closely with IT and business stakeholders to drive adoption, governance, and value realization. This position will identify and pilot practical, commercial AI use cases that enhance productivity and insight generation, translating emerging capabilities into real business impact

Key Responsibilities</div>
<ul><li>
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, analytical questions, and measurable outcomes; document end-to-end requirements</li><li>
Develop and maintain data models / curated datasets (overlays/lookups, metric logic, semantic layers) in conjunction with IT that enable scalable, consistent analytics and reporting</li><li>
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting in Tableau and Salesforce with strong usability, clear KPI logic/definitions, and stakeholder-ready output</li><li>
Deliver high-quality ad hoc analysis and recurring insights by sourcing, structuring, synthesizing, and analyzing data to produce actionable recommendations</li><li>
Ensure data integrity and explainability through validation, documentation, and &ldquo;one source of truth&rdquo; practices that stakeholders can trust</li><li>
Map business processes and improve workflows by documenting current state, defining future state, and identifying opportunities to simplify and scale.</li><li>
Partner closely with IT and cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, SIOP) to align priorities, resolve data/reporting issues, and deliver scalable solutions</li><li>
Establish and follow analytics standards (governance, metric definitions, performance optimization, self-service standards) to keep solutions consistent and maintainable across traditional and AI-enabled workflows</li><li>
Champion continuous improvement and automation by gathering feedback, prioritizing enhancements, and reducing manual effort through standardization</li><li>
Model customer-first behaviors and Roseburg core values in daily execution and partnership</li><li>
Artificial Intelligence Enablement
<ul><li>Lead rollout and enablement of TableauNext across the commercial organization (data readiness, semantic layers, dashboards, user experience)</li><li>
Identify, prioritize, and drive practical AI / agentic analytics use cases that improve commercial effectiveness and outcomes (e.g., margin enhancement) partnering with IT to ensure scalability and governance</li><li>
Serve as thought partner to senior Commercial leaders on future-state analytics strategy, including the role of AI, automation, and emerging tools in commercial decision-making</li><li>
Create enablement materials (training, documentation, playbooks) that translate AI and analytics capabilities into clear, accessible guidance for non-technical commercial users</li><li>
Measure and communicate the impact of analytics and AI initiatives using clear success metrics and stakeholder-ready storytelling</li></ul>

Required Qualifications
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li>
5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or commercial analytics roles</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Tableau; Tableau Cloud/Server strongly preferred</li><li>
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions</li><li>
Working familiarity with AI concepts and tools, with a focus on applied business use</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and ability to enable non-technical audiences</li></ul>

MBA</li><li>
Experience supporting enterprise analytics platform implementations or major analytics transformations</li><li>
Exposure to AI-enabled analytics tools, copilots, or productivity platforms</li><li>

Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment with evolving tools and requirements</li></ul>

Senior Sales BI Analyst - AI Enablement

<div><div>Purpose</div>

The IT Operations Technician II will be responsible for providing frontline support for IT Infrastructure at Roseburg&rsquo;s production facilities. This position will collaborate with customers and virtual team members to develop the implementation and maintenance of essential IT systems (network, server, and client systems) whose performance directly impacts mill operations. This role will handle more complex infrastructure support at the mill and provide and document effective IT solutions.

</div><div>Key Responsibilities</div>
<ul><li>
Maintain and troubleshoot site IT Infrastructure solutions, including servers, networking equipment, PLCs, HMIs, and other control system components</li><li>
Provide advanced technical support of site IT technology solutions, including workstations, printers, tablets, and other end user devices.</li><li>
Identify opportunities and implement improvements in systems capabilities that will increase the ability to meet customer requirements, including safe and reliable operations, and improve business competitiveness</li><li>
Work closely with the IT Operations Support group on adherence to standards and participate in training as required</li><li>
Develop and maintain documentation, and provide training for plant personnel on the manufacturing network system and components</li><li>
Work with IT Infrastructure and Platform staff and production facility staff to support and occasionally lead capital improvement projects as assigned</li><li>
Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level IT Operations Technicians</li><li>
Foster trust and collaboration by engaging regularly with production teams, staying visible on the floor, and creating open channels of communication for IT support and feedback</li><li>
May be required to travel to other plants to assist with troubleshooting or provide guidance</li><li>

IT Operations Technician II (On-Site)

<div><div>Purpose</div>

The IT Field Engineer II will support physical deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting IT hardware and cabling at Roseburg production sites, offices, and data centers. This position will actively collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Network, and System Engineers and may lead small site-level initiatives to ensure reliable manufacturing operations.

Deploy and Maintain Fiber Optic and Low Voltage Data Cabling Infrastructure</li><li>
Supervise and manage external HVAC, Power, Cooling, and Low Voltage contractors</li><li>
Design, implement, and manage Server room physical infrastructure(data racks, data cable routing, HVAC, and UPS power and power distribution).</li><li>
Implement and manage Access control and camera systems used in both security and process environments.</li><li>
Work with Engineering department and plant leadership to manage major construction projects that require additional IT physical infrastructure.</li><li>
Assist Core Infrastructure and Operations teams in the installation and configuration of computers, storage, switches, routers, wireless, and other IT infrastructure.</li><li>
Work with the service desk and support administrators to deploy devices such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.</li><li>
Work as part of a virtual team with Automation to deploy HMI&rsquo;s, PLC&rsquo;s, and other operation system needs.</li><li>
Update and maintenance current as-builds for all infrastructure in netTerrain software Work with IT staff and plant staff to support and may lead capital improvement projects as assigned</li><li>
May provide guidance to junior IT Field Engineers</li><li>
