 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee all building systems, maintenance operations, and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure full regulatory compliance (state, federal, CMS, Life Safety Code)
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and develop the maintenance team, fostering accountability and pride in workmanship
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and capital projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead emergency preparedness and safety initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with leadership to support a clean, safe, and home-like environment for residents, staff, and visitors
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5+ years of maintenance leadership experience (healthcare or LTC setting preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of OSHA and Life Safety Code requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to troubleshoot building systems and manage budgets
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) or equivalent credential
