<div>ROSEN is looking for a Contract Analyst that will be based in Houston, TX. This position reports directly to the Head of Compliance &amp; Legal and will be a part of the Compliance &amp; Legal team.<br>

What role you will play in our team</div>
<div>The Contract Analyst is a member of the Compliance &amp; Legal Department and is responsible for reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, risk analysis and mitigation, compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations, managing external counsel, providing training covering policy and legal issues.<br>

What will I be doing?<br>
<ul><li>Contract analysis and drafting</li><li>Contract negotiations</li><li>Risk analysis and mitigation</li><li>Compliance guidance</li><li>Risk Management</li><li>Policy review, revisions, and drafting</li><li>Training on policy and legal issues</li><li>Maintaining contract files in accordance with ROSEN&rsquo;s Legal Contract Management system</li><li>Review, edit, negotiate provisions and adhere to ROSEN standard provisions and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Adapt ROSEN standard provisions to resolve conflicts in contract negotiations; resolve contract issues, mitigate or avoid high risk liability.</li></ul></div><br>

REQUIREMENTS</b></div>

What are we looking for?<br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, understanding of applicable law and regulations</li><li>2 years of experience in reviewing and negotiating complex agreements</li><li>2 years of experience in managing compliance issues</li></ul></div><br>

Qualification or Skills:</div>
</div><div><ul><li>Exceptional, demonstrable aptitude for written and oral communication.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to resolve conflict in a win-win manner.</li><li>Ability to work with strong personalities and difficult people.</li><li>Capable of taking lead role with senior management on issues pertaining to relevant contracts.</li><li>Strong analytical skills associated with developing and utilizing contracting measures and initiatives.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, including logical thought processes, with the ability to resolve complex issues.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple tasks, meet multiple deadlines, and work with minimal direction</li><li>Knowledge of relevant international laws and regulations</li><li>Management of contract lifecycle management systems.</li></ul>
