DUTIES:</b></p><ul><li>Develop solutions to generate client reports and back-office reports.</li><li>Model, simulate and benchmark solutions with the objective of maximizing systems performance under both heavy transactional and market data loads.
</li><li>Code, integrate and unit test new applications and new features for existing applications.
</li><li>Provide real time support to the trading desk, in a low latency, high volume trading environment.</li><li>Support the business continuity process of identifying, evaluating and solving potential risks to the organizations IT systems by ensuring all critical components are maintained and properly resourced.
</li><li>Coordinate with remote teams to ensure efficient resource management and ensure smooth operations of automated tasks.
</li><li>Provide analytical insights via reports and curated data for Business Units</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for efficient workflow between systems and stakeholders</li><li>Design and develop scalable web applications using React, MySQL, Python, Perl, HTML, JavaScript and CSS.</li><li>Deploying code on the cloud servers and peer code review</li><li>Evaluate various LLMs and design and develop models for different business units</li></ul><p><b>
REQUIREMENTS:</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Data Science or related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience developing solutions for data analytics OR Master&rsquo;s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Data Science or related field and 3 years of experience developing solutions and applications for market data analytics and handling large data sets.
</p><p>Experience must include:</p><ul><li>3 years of experience Coding, integrating and unit testing new applications and new features for existing applications.
</li><li>2 years of experience analyzing large amounts of data in an efficient manner.
</li><li>2 years of experience with Cloud Computing and Web Services</li><li>2 years of experience coordinating across time zones with remote teams</li><li>2 years of experience with peer code review before pushing to production
</li></ul><p><b>Qualified candidate must possess experience in or demonstrated knowledge of:</b></p><ul><li>C++, MySQL, Perl, Python, Javascript, React, Web Programming, Shell Scripting, Open source Technologies including Mojolicious and/or ActiveMQ</li><li>Advanced statistical methods, pattern recognition, outlier detections algorithms and building predictive models</li><li>Supporting low latency, high volume systems</li><li>Investigating and resolving high pressure, live data quality/technical issues</li><li>Developing quantitative analytic tools and handle big data for market research</li><li>Modulating, simulating and benchmarking solutions to maximize performance of trading desk and high volume market data applications</li><li>Working with protocols using APIs.</li><li>BI Tools like Alteryx, Tableau</li></ul>

</li></ul><p>SALARY: $152,000 to $170,000 per year</p><p>
