Whether you're enjoying a quick espresso or a leisurely pastry break, you&rsquo;ll always be greeted with Italian tradition, heartfelt service, and the unmistakable taste of Rosetta.Come work at a place you love&mdash;where food, culture, and heart come together every day.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other specialty beverages to company standards</li><li>Warm, plate, and present bakery items according to brand guidelines</li><li>Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other caf&eacute; equipment</li><li>Maintain knowledge of the full menu and seasonal offerings</li><li>Greet customers, take orders, and handle cash/credit transactions using POS system</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and customer areas</li><li>Restock cups, utensils, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed</li><li>Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times</li><li>Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup</li><li>Collaborate with team members and support back-of-house operations when needed</li><li>Provide friendly, efficient service and resolve customer concerns with professionalism</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous barista, food service, or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Passion for coffee, food, and customer service</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</li><li>Basic math and cash-handling skills</li><li>Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive hourly wage + tips</li><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Meal discounts</li><li>Opportunities for advancement and training</li><li>Friendly, inclusive team environment</li></ul>Come be part of something special&mdash;where great coffee, authentic food, and genuine hospitality come together.
