With continued growth across our facilities, we are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our Finance team to support manufacturing operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Position Summary:</h3>

The Senior Operations Analyst plays a key role in analyzing, reviewing, and reporting operational data from Rosina&rsquo;s manufacturing plants. This position supports the Operations Controller and plant leadership by providing insights into production performance, efficiency, and cost control. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally across Operations, Finance, and Maintenance teams.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to track plant performance.
</li>
<li>Review production work orders for accuracy and work with Operations to correct discrepancies.
</li>
<li>Conduct daily yield and variance analyses to identify efficiency opportunities.
</li>
<li>Investigate production variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
</li>
<li>Maintain accuracy of maintenance parts inventory and reconcile monthly reports.
</li>
<li>Process co-packing invoices, validate pricing, and prepare accruals and reconciliations.
</li>
<li>Support forecasting, run-rate analysis, and production tracking initiatives.
</li>
<li>Recommend and implement system and process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
</li>
<li>Assist with internal audits and cross-functional data validation.
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
</li>
<li>5&ndash;7 years of experience in data analysis, operations reporting, or manufacturing support.
</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
</li>
<li>Experience with Power BI and Sage X3 is a plus.
</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
