Rosina Food Products is seeking a Maintenance Industrial Engineer to support and enhance the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our manufacturing and packaging operations. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on equipment optimization, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement within a food manufacturing environment.

What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Analyze equipment and maintenance data to improve reliability, uptime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
</li>
<li>Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
</li>
<li>Develop and standardize SOPs, work instructions, and best practices for maintenance and manufacturing processes
</li>
<li>Support system commissioning, performance testing, and equipment upgrades
</li>
<li>Partner closely with Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and R&amp;D teams on capital projects and process improvements
</li>
<li>Troubleshoot complex issues related to processing and packaging equipment
</li>
<li>Maintain material and utility balances to support efficient equipment operation
</li>
<li>Use data, metrics, and engineering tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives
</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, and safety regulations
</li>
<li>Provide technical leadership related to manufacturing systems and maintenance performance
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance engineering, or reliability-focused roles
</li>
<li>Food manufacturing experience is a plus!
</li>
<li>Experience supporting maintenance systems, equipment optimization, and plant-floor troubleshooting
</li>
<li>Proficiency in CAD, PLM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
</li>
<li>Willingness to support manufacturing operations, including occasional off-shift or weekend work
</li>
