This role is crucial for strengthening Rosotravel&rsquo;s domain authority in competitive markets (USA, UK, DE, PL) and ensuring we are recognized as a trusted, citable brand in travel search, both for users and emerging technologies like LLMs.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Design a comprehensive authority-building strategy and execute outreach campaigns to earn backlinks from high-DA US and UK domains.</li><li>Build relationships with travel blogs, journalists, and influencers.</li><li>Secure guest posts, PR mentions, and directory listings (TripAdvisor, Viator, GetYourGuide).</li><li>Manage digital PR campaigns tied to new product launches.</li><li>Coordinate with the On-site SEO team to ensure link juice is directed to strategic pillar and money pages.</li><li>Support reputation management: reviews, mentions, Wikipedia/WikiVoyage if possible.</li><li>Monitor backlink profile, disavow toxic links, track DA/DR growth.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in the 3 following areas: link building and PR and communications (e.g. with client, content creation).</li><li>Proven track record of securing links from Tier-1 US/UK media or travel blogs.</li><li>Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Ahrefs/SEMrush, Muck Rack, Brand24).</li><li>Understanding of SEO fundamentals (anchor text, link velocity, authority metrics).</li><li>Strong copywriting skills for outreach emails and press releases.</li><li>Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.</li></ul>KPIs for positions:<ul><li>Number of quality backlinks (DA&gt;50).</li><li>Brand mentions: aiming for +100 new mentions per month.</li><li>Growth in Domain Authority/Domain Rating.</li><li>PR mentions in US/UK media.</li><li>Referral traffic and assisted conversions.</li><li>Backlink profile health: maintaining toxicity score below 2% and avoiding PBN/sponsored spam.</li></ul>Recruitment process:<ul><li>Recruitment Task</li><li>Meeting with HR</li><li>Recruitment Task</li><li>Meeting with the Manager</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Remote work</li><li>Paid time off (20 vacation days per calendar year)</li><li>Performance-based bonus</li><li>Professional development in a rapidly growing company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;790.00 - &#8377;1,160.00 per hourExpected hours: 45 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your English proficiency level (A1&ndash;C2)</li><li>What is your typical quarterly output of high-quality backlinks, for instance, from DA 50+ domains?</li><li>What are your salary expectations (INR/h)?</li></ul>
