Position OverviewThe Plant HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth workforce management, compliance, employee relations, Onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities.The role requires hands-on involvement on the strong coordination with functional heads, and the ability to maintain a productive and compliant workplace environment.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Coordination &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage manpower planning and coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle recruitment for staff, workmen, contract labour, apprentices, and trainees.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate final selection.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee onboarding, induction, documentation, and plant orientation programs.</li></ul>2. HR Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely preparation of HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage HRIS updates and prepare monthly HR metrics.</li></ul>3. Payroll &amp; Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Support monthly payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation, overtime calculations, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with labour laws such as Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Maternity Benefits.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with government departments or auditors during inspections.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle contractor management, including CLRA documentation and compliance audits.</li></ul>4. Employee Relations &amp; Industrial Relations<ul><li>Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve grievances related to workplace issues, policies, or behavior.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct open houses, counselling, and disciplinary proceedings when required.</li></ul><ul><li>Build strong rapport with workmen and contract labour to minimize conflicts.</li></ul><ul><li>Support management in IR matters and ensure harmony on the floor.</li></ul>5. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Conduct TNA (Training Need Analysis) for factory /plant employees.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain training calendars and ensure compliance with mandatory training programs.</li></ul>6. Performance Management<ul><li>Assist in the implementation of PMS at plant level.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with managers to identify high performers and skill gaps.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge &amp; experiences of labour laws and plant HR operations.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and grievance-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently at a plant locations.</li><li>Any Manufacturing industry will work, Experiences from Gems &amp; Jewellery industry are preferred. </li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
