This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is driven, adaptable, and excited to work with modern dental technology.Schedule &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>Part-time, flexible schedule (Fridays&ndash;Saturdays with select Sundays)</li><li>Weekly pay</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist providers chairside during a variety of dental procedures</li><li>Prepare and break down operatories efficiently</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols</li><li>Take diagnostic images and assist with digital workflows</li><li>Support a smooth and elevated patient experience from start to finish</li><li>Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations</li></ul>Advanced Training &amp; Clinical Development: We provide hands-on paid training in advanced dental technologies to support your growth, including CT imaging, photogrammetry, iCam photography, digital intraoral scanning, and 3D printing.Requirements:<ul><li>Active Washington State Dental Assistant Registration</li><li>Current BLS/CPR certification</li><li>Strong understanding of infection control protocols</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused</li><li>Patient first</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with digital dentistry and modern workflows</li><li>Familiarity with dental software</li><li>Surgical assisting experience (implants, extractions, full-arch cases)</li></ul>*We are willing to train the right candidate in these areas.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>A positive, team and patient-first attitude</li><li>A strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li><li>Someone who takes pride in their work and patient care</li><li>Interest in growing within a modern, tech-forward dental practice</li><li>Reliable and flexible team member who knows when to jump in</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re looking for a position where you can expand your skills, work with advanced technology, and be part of a small, supportive, growth-oriented team, we&rsquo;d love to connect.Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-the-job training</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have any experience with assisting in implant procedures?
