<div></div><div>JOB DESCRIPTION:</div>
<div>The Business Analyst IV is responsible for the Business Management Office in support of the financial deliverables including task order baseline development and pricing, monthly budget vs. actuals reporting, forecast assessments, variance analysis and financial database management.</div>
<ul><li>Utilizing a database, compile financial data from multiple sources, reconcile and prepare the monthly NASA 533M and Supplemental Financial Reports and logs.</li>
<li>Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains time-phased cost proposals and revisions.</li>
<li>Develop resource forecasts and variance explanations for Control Accounts in coordination with Management Team.</li>
<li>Prepares monthly financial reporting and metrics, both internal and external for Management Team and customers.</li>
<li>Review subcontractor actuals and invoices and prepare and incorporate into monthly NASA invoices.</li>
<li>Process indirect rate adjustments and analysis in financial reports.</li>
<li>Displays exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written/verbal communications as well as visualizations.</li>
<li>Possesses strong team building skills across multi-functional areas that establish a collaborative operational structure.</li>
<li>Exhibits proven track record of working under tight deadlines.</li>

<div></div><div><div>EDUCATION:</div>
<div>BAA in General Business (or equivalent) with minimum 8 years&rsquo; experience in NASA financial reporting utilizing a database for a large complex contract with numerous reporting levels.</div>
<div></div><div>General understanding of a financial database including fields, code files, links, and reporting. Strong MS Excel experiences include pivot tables, graphs and trend analysis. Deltek Cobra and Costpoint Time and Expense, and iSITE experience a plus. High attention to details including solid organizational skills and quality products produced with a high amount of accuracy.</div>

<div>The ROAR JV is hiring interns to support outreach requirements for NASA mission and institutional objectives. This internship will provide opportunities to support a broad range of multimedia activities, including graphics and photography. The candidate will work directly with NASA Scientists to create web content (both animated/video and still) and educational material (posters, bookmarks, brochures, etc.).</div>
<div></div><div>An internship opportunity exists at Goddard Space Flight Center.</div>
<ul><li><b>Graphics Focus:</b> Assist in creating designs (social media, print materials, basic branding), prepare files for production, learn, and utilize relevant software (Adobe Suite, etc.). May be involved in layout, typography, and basic concept development under supervision.</li>
<li><b>Photography Focus:</b> Support photo shoots (setup, lighting, assisting photographer), perform image editing and retouching, organize and manage digital photo libraries. May have opportunities for independent shoots or assisting with various photographic tasks.</li>
<li><b>Hybrid Roles:</b> Combine graphic design and photography skills to create integrated visual content for different platforms.</li>

<div></div><div>Software Proficiency:</div>
<ul><li>Graphic Design: Strong working knowledge of industry-standard design software is crucial. This typically includes the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and sometimes other tools like Sketch, Figma, or Canva.</li>
<li>Photography: Familiarity with photo editing software is essential, primarily Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Knowledge of other editing tools may be a plus.</li>
<li>Both: Basic understanding of digital file formats, image resolution, and color management.</li>
</ul><div>Photography Fundamentals (for Photography-focused roles or combined roles):</div>
