<div>Rothman Orthopaedics is looking to hire a Physical Therapy Front Desk Receptionist based in our Willow Grove, PA office!
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 11 AM to 6:30 PM; OFF Friday, Saturday and Sunday! *28 hours per week!
Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Front Desk Receptionist greets, instructs, directs and schedules patients and visitors. This individual verifies insurance benefit for all PT/OT appointments and ensures all visits are properly authorized. This individual serves as liaison between patient and PT/OT Staff.
Key Accountabilities:
Increased patient satisfaction, co-pay collection, referral capture, time stamping accuracy, accuracy in demographic and insurance capture, time management (attendance and overtime), chart prep for insurance, co-pay and referral, cross training to assist in other areas
Essential Duties:
<ul><li>Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.</li><li>
Checks in patients, verifies and updates demographic and insurance information in eCW.</li><li>
Update the eCW system on patients&rsquo; arrival and referral information.</li><li>
Utilizes eCW to enter co-payments and notes to the Business Office.</li><li>
Checks out and makes patient follow-up appointment with Physical Therapy Provider.</li><li>
Handles direct scheduling duties for physical therapists to include incoming patient calls and overall schedule management to maximize clinic and therapist flow including time off.</li><li>
Verifies and documents physical therapy and/or DME/splint benefits for all new incoming patients.</li><li>
Ensures proper forms and clinical information is submitted to insurance companies to obtain insurance authorization as determined in verification process.</li><li>
Track authorized PT visits, unit and time limits. Informs therapist when additional visits need to be requested and provides therapist the appropriate forms, should clinical information be required for insurance authorization for initial and ongoing visits.</li><li>
Creates a new patient packet that includes: PT benefit verification form, physical or hand therapy questionnaire and prescription.</li><li>
Utilize eCW to scan patient documents. To include: PT benefit verification forms, authorizations, questionnaires, prescriptions and home exercise programs.</li><li>
Collects self-pay and supply payments as indicated on the fee schedules on the RI Intranet tab (Therapy tab).</li><li>
Answers telephone, screens calls, takes messages, and provides information.</li><li>
Assist patients with ambulatory difficulties.</li><li>
Screens visitors and responds to routine requests for information.</li><li>
Maintains work area and lobby in neat and orderly manner.</li><li>
Re-supply front desk for the day.</li><li>
Collect applicable insurance co-pay information and referrals.</li><li>
Batch out and balance end of day payments.</li><li>
Assist other front desk personnel in situations with irate patients.</li><li>
Prepare all work for the next business day including referral number, authorization number for Physical/Occupational Therapy visits and splints.</li><li>
Print out all related paperwork for patients&rsquo; appointments with the therapist.</li><li>
Works in conjunction with the Patient Responsible team to collect past due balances.</li><li>
Attends meetings as required.</li><li>
Performs related work as required.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by manager/director.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>High School diploma or GED minimum education requirement.</li><li>
Minimum of one years' experience in medical office environment.</li><li>
Computer skills including, but not limited to, MS Office.</li><li>
Knowledge of business office procedures &amp; medical terminology preferred.</li></ul>
Pay Range:
$16.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Front Desk Receptionist - Physical Therapy (Per Diem)

<div>Rothman Orthopaedics is looking for a Financial Analyst based in our Center City Philadelphia office! This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the FP&amp;A team and will support the planning and analysis of Rothman Orthopaedics.
Essential Duties (this list may not include all duties assigned):<ul><li>
Assist in the creation and maintenance of financial models, including the company budget, to evaluate potential growth opportunities and revenue streams, and analyze expenditures across the organization to provide cost savings recommendations
</li><li>Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate discrepancies with relevant departments
</li><li>Prepare financial reports and presentations, including ROI and cost-benefit analyses, for senior management
</li><li>Extract and utilize data from various sources and communicate with department heads to obtain business insights to be incorporated into analysis
</li><li>Collaborate with Accounting department to prepare journal entries and coding of transactions
</li><li>Ad hoc analysis as requested
</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>
Education - Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or closely related field</li><li>
Knowledge - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, required (knowledge of pivot tables, formula building, etc.)</li><li>
Skills - Self-starter, highly motivated and detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex analysis to all levels of the organization in a simple fashion</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience - 1 to 2 years related experience. Tableau and data visualization experience</li></ul>
Salary Range:
$68,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
