Our company fosters a culture of safety, growth, and teamwork, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.Visit us at to learn more.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise a 4-man crew and ensure compliance with project scope of work</li><li>(SOW).</li><li>Maintain a safe and organized job site, enforcing company and industry safety standards.</li><li>Perform construction, repair, and maintenance on cell towers, antennas, and lighting systems.</li><li>Manage and maintain telecommunication and wireless network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.</li><li>Install, upgrade, and replace antennas, radios, pipes, and tower booms.</li><li>Operate and interpret survey equipment, test equipment (Sweeps, PIM, Fiber, Microwave, etc.), and site closeout software (e.g., Talonview).</li><li>Read and understand construction drawings to execute tasks efficiently.</li><li>Stack cell phone towers while ensuring structural integrity and crew safety.</li><li>Climb towers 100 feet and higher using proper climbing and safety gear.</li><li>Travel across the U.S. for tower assessments, installations, and maintenance projects.</li><li>Work outdoors in varied weather conditions and be available for on-call, weekend, and rotational assignments.</li></ul>Qualifications:Required Certifications:<ul><li>NWSA TTT-I Certification (in process or higher)</li><li>Rigging Certification</li><li>First Aid/CPR Certification</li><li>OSHA 30</li><li>RF Radiation &amp; Safety Awareness</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel &amp; Word) and Adobe PDF.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at extreme heights.</li><li>Must pass drug test, background check, and physical exam.</li><li>Valid driver's license required.</li><li>Must be willing to travel 75% of time if needed (gone a week at a time)</li></ul>Why Work for Rothmeyer TEC Inc?Compensation Perks:<ul><li>Bi-weekly pay cycle</li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance (Short-Term &amp;amp; Long-Term)</li><li>Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Days)</li><li>Company-paid safety equipment (helmets, gloves, harnesses, etc.)</li><li>Travel perks - Company-paid hotel rooms, per diem via direct deposit</li><li>Company-provided vehicles for job site transportation</li><li>Career growth &amp; training opportunities:</li><li>Technical and safety certifications (OSHA, Fall Protection, Manufacturer Training, etc.)</li><li>Rapid advancement for those eager to learn and lead!</li><li>Company events: BBQs, holiday parties, annual fishing/hunting trips, concerts, ball games, and more!</li></ul>Work Schedule &amp;amp; Location:<ul><li>Full-Time | Nationwide Travel Required (Deployments up to 1 month at a time)</li><li>Rotational assignments, including evenings and weekends as needed</li></ul>Join Our Team!If you're a skilled Construction Foreman with a passion for leading high-quality projects in the wireless industry, we want to hear from you.
