  </li>

   Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
  </li>

   Process Optimization
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze workflow and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve throughput.
  </li>
  <li>
   Material &amp; Resource Management
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  </li>
  <li>
   Track machine and manpower utilization to optimize resource allocation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Quality &amp; Compliance
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure adherence to quality standards and production protocols.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support audits and implement corrective actions for non-conformists.
  </li>
  <li>
   ERP &amp; Documentation
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, SAP).
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare production reports, downtime logs, and performance metrics.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordination &amp; Communication
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaise with design, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth production flow.
  </li>
  <li>
   Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
