Job Description:We are seeking experienced NEMT professionals that demonstrate a positive attitude. Driver most be punctual, polite, and responsible individuals to drive vehicles to serve The community by driving members to scheduled appointments.Requirements:<ul><li>Complete and successfully pass Drug Screening</li><li>Own an Android or iOS Smartphone (or be willing to obtain one)</li><li>Must know how to use a GPS system</li><li>Pass Defense driving course</li><li>Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) Trainer and Driver Certification</li><li>Wheelchair experience is recommend</li></ul>Wheelchair experience is recommend but, Not required.NEMT Drivers must consent to drug screening, background-checks and to have their driving records reviewed. Mobile Drivers are subject to a zero-tolerance drug policy. It is responsibility of the Mobile Driver to keep their driver's license, insurance and registration up-to-date and valid.Requirements<ul><li>Be 25 years of age or older</li><li>Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years)</li><li>Have a good Driving Record free with no more than one (1) moving violation or accident in the past 3 years, and no license revocations or suspensions in the past 5 years</li><li>Be currently CPR/First-Aid Certified (or willing to do so)</li><li>Complete and successfully pass Drug Screening</li><li>Own an iPhone, Android or iOS Smartphone (or be willing to obtain one)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Company car</li><li>Fuel card</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Safety equipment provided</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Driving: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Wheelchair: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Vero Beach, FL (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
