The focus of this position is on the production of ready-to-sell cannabis products. Reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor, this role is responsible for executing production-related work at our Broken Arrow facility. The position is not limited to the duties listed below, and the employee will often be asked to perform other related duties as requested or assigned.This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates exploring a career in cannabis manufacturing and production that will allow you to develop working knowledge and skills in the cannabis industry.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Primarily responsible for packaging tasks as needed for all products. Daily participation on packaging assembly line with other members of the team. Quality check all cannabis goods to deem ready to sell. Document each step of the process using the pre-roll packaging record. Check quality control passed batches before packaging to ensure they are properly quality checked. Check failed cartridges to determine if they are unable to pass quality control checks and document amounts of failed cartridges. Verify labeling and batch information on batches after labeling and black boxing. Maintain organization and cleanliness of packaging area.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED. Must be 21 years or older. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc. 1+ years of working in a team-centered environment. Manufacturing experience or working in a laboratory setting preferred. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with peers, supervisors, and managers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willing to help in other areas of the operation if needed. Ideal candidate will be well organized, self-motivated, honest, trustworthy, and articulate with a strong sense of brand integrity, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently when required and have strong follow-through.Physical Requirements:Light to moderate lifting (up to 25&ndash;50 lbs); heavier weights with assistance. Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. Repetitive motions. Working at a fast pace, subject to many interruptions and both physical and mental demands.
